MLS 1.5 FOUNDATION - LUMBAR | SACRUM | PELVIS
Since being introduced to MLS in 1999, Jeremy Brook, D.C. aka "The Spinechecker," has been on an endless vacation while practicing in Los Angeles. His chiropractic artistry attracts the likes of yogis, martial artists, your favorite actors and musicians, CrossFit enthusiasts and other functional movement disciplines...people who require maximum performance out of life.
He is also the author of The Spinechecker's Manifetso: Vol 1, and an online yogic movement sequence program called The Wise Progressions that incorporates vitalistic philosophy, metaphysics, epigenetics and simple step-by-step yogic sequences that will teach you how to align, move, stretch, strengthen, energize, and access the sacred geometry of your body and mind.
When he’s not “spinechecking” and adjusting, he can be found on his yoga mat, lifting weights, and slacklining between palm trees on Venice Beach.
Jeremy’s background in yoga gives him a unique ability to see an adjustment as if it’s a living, breathing yoga pose. Bring your adjustment to life by training with Jeremy!
MASTER THE FUNDAMENTALS OF SIDE POSTURE ADJUSTING TO CATAPULT YOUR ADJUSTMENT TO THE NEXT LEVEL!
MLS 1.5 will be mainly focused on the MLS Dynamic Approach of adjusting the lumbar spine, sacrum and pelvis. You will dive deep into the MLS Side Posture Vectoring Style to help you deliver specific, gentle, and honoring adjustments to the most dense region of the spine with ease and sustainability. Body slams, power thrusts and shoulder injuries will be a thing of the past!
This approach to side posture adjusting can be implemented with all structural adjusting techniques. No need to change techniques as this methodology is fluid in its approach and applicable to all structural work (Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, CBP).
Special attention will be given to DC / person size difference, flexible people and special modifications for the challenging person. You’ll also learn the most common errors in side posture adjusting that put your body at risk.
Yogic postures and advanced training exercises will also be explored to further develop your power, specificity and connection when adjusting.
If you desire a long career in ChiropracTIC you’re going to want to REGISTER for this training!
